5kg Safefill Gas Safety Locker/Box
Gas Bottle Locker for Camper Van, Motorhome
The British made powder steel locker provides an airtight container to hold a 5kg Safefill or similar gas bottle in a Camper Van, Motorhome or Caravan. The locker is made from 1mm mild steel fully seam welded to create a fully sealed box.
Gas regulations state that the gas bottle should be secured in a contained space with a gas drop vent through the floor and an airtight front door. Pick from a Tall (130mm) or Short (35mm) vent.
These lockers have a front door/panel with a rubber seal which is held in place by two windknobs. The locker comes without a pre-cut drop out hole, allowing you to cut the hole as needed for your installation.
These gas lockers are leak tested and comply with BS EN 1949:2002.
To stop the bottle moving within the gas locker, we recommend adding a gas bottle holder.
